Pre-Owned Stock Controller duties:
o Overall responsibility to accurately and timeously prepare and distribute scheduled (monthly, weekly and daily) and ad-hoc reports as might be requested by department manager and / or head office, e.g. Preparation of weekly department KPA report, service schedule reports, marketing campaign reports, preparation of data for reports to be submitted to Japan, etc.
o General administrative duties (typing and distribution of quotations, faxing, filing, creating and updating spreadsheets, etc.)
o Setting up meetings, taking minutes and distribution thereof
o Ensuring that Pre-Owned Sales achieves the predetermined targets / budget
o Overall responsibility to ensure quality of customer interaction and service (drive customer service excellence, ensure good communication with customers and team, developing and fostering partnerships with and tailor-made solutions for clients; evaluation of own development needs and ensuring lack of knowledge / skills are addressed
o Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly/Annual Stocktake – Wall to wall - Tag and move units to storage Cage.
o Full responsibility to reserve, arrange delivery and collection of and manage overall control of Pre - Owned fleet units.
o Responsible for communication with workshop re - preparation of machines prior to delivery
Facilitating customer complaints and queries; ensure it is followed through and communicate process / result to customers; foster and maintain dedication to service excellence in every aspect of work
carried out; ensure timeous feedback / communication to customers
• General assistance to Sales Representatives, Administrator and Sales Manager when required.
Knowledge requirements:
o Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
o Knowledge of quality control processes, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective storage and distribution of products (equipment)
o Knowledge of the English language as business communications medium – spelling, grammar, rules of composition, language structure, etc.
