Job Description :
CFAO Ghana Plc., is seeking to hire an energetic individual join its team.
The successful candidate will service, diagnose and carry out repair works on heavy equipment / machinery which conforms to the company’s expectation to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Profil Request :
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following
· Effectively carry out all tasks assigned on Job Cards
· Accurately troubleshoot and diagnose faults on trucks and equipment based on the specific job assigned by the manager/ supervisor.
· Ensure to use the correct tools, parts and technical manuals or literatures.
· Request the necessary parts needed to carry out specific jobs on time.
· Produce consistently high quality of work to ensure excellent levels of customer satisfaction.
· Report daily to the supervisor on the progress of work.
· Conduct quality control tests on all serviced trucks and equipment to ensure their compliance to manufacturers and adopted standards.
· Clean tools and workstation immediately after completion of work.
· Collect all information needed to organise a warranty claim where necessary (take pictures)
· For offsite repairs, ensure the customer endorses the waybill before leaving the work site.
· Perform any other work-related duties assigned to you by the company.
