JOB PURPOSE
a) Be available and reachable to handle any tracking matters resulting in stalling or affecting of the vehicle promptly
b) Organize for client training on tracking platform immediately after delivery and at least one refresher annually
c) Respond to all tracking related queries raised by clients in meetings or other promptly
d) Ensure tracking reports consistency monthly, accuracy and that they are always sent in time
e) Ensure client requests for alerts or reports are set up and working properly and follow up to confirm their needs are met
f) Handle all queries relating to tracking and ensure they are promptly settled
g) Ensure installation process in place & done fully and correctly
h) 100% of fleet certificates immediately issued & for all installations
i) Collaboration and communication with tracking suppliers to ensure Loxea needs are met, SLA’s are respected and needed customization of the tracking platform are done.
j) Following up to ensure all tracking devices installed are okay and tracking relaying information each month
k) Zero vehicles not transmitting tracker alerts and correct information and reports .Following up to ensure all tracking devices installed are okay and tracking relaying information each month
l) Set up, provide access and train all clients in relation to tracker system
m) Feed in all information in the tracking system before start of lease and ensure all data is correct to provide accurate reports and information
n) Prepare and have PO's related to tracking promptly approved
o) Handle tracker stock efficiently through Optimum online system & Ensure that tracking devices and accessories are available for future tracking activities and installation
p) Ensure all tracking invoices are correct and Loxea is billed correctly as per SLA. Any changes in billing amounts to be challenged
q) Ensure the tracking installations are done first time correctly with zero repeat jobs which incur costs. In the event installation was done incorrectly, make the installer do the re-installation without Loxea charged
r) Have faulty tracking devices replaced by the provider without costs to Loxea. Refer to SLA and warranty
s) Use & be comfortable with our systems & tracking platforms
t) Automate monthly reports to be shared with all clients by 5th of the month and discussed on as per scheduled meeting intervals (Minimum 2 reports - Safety & Fleet utilization)
u) Organize for client training on tracking platform immediately after delivery and at least one refresher annually
v) Be open for all other tasks/responsibilities important for the business that could arise & to be managed through a decision on priorities
w) Prepare formats for all fleet related reports
x) Manage all automations from the tracking system
y) Sell Loxea Connect as per set targets
