We looking for a Warehouse Assistant - CASE Eldoret Branch   based : Kenya

Job description:

The ideal candidate will reporting to the Parts Sales Executive.

Job Purpose

Responsible for the management of Case IH Eldoret parts store ensuring accuracy of parts stock and efficient running of the parts operations.

Operational Responsibilities;
a)     Receive parts from other parts locations confirming correctness of part numbers, quantity, and condition.
b)     Report any discrepancies noted in parts received.
c)      Bin parts on the shelves
d)     Pick parts in a timely manner and issue them to customers once sold and paid for.
e)     Maintain 5S in the Parts shop through proper warehouse arrangement.
f)      Pack parts to be dispatched to customers and other locations accurately and safely completing the required documentation as per CFAO SOP.
g)     Carry out weekly counts of parts stock and flag any variances.
h)     Attend to goods returned by customers as per the set guidelines to ensure the goods are inspected and received back into the warehouse and system in a timely manner and as per SOP;
i)      Verify inter branch, B2B and B2C courier invoices.
