We looking for a Warehouse Team Leader M/F based : South Africa
Job description:
Warehouse Team is required to supervise and motivate team members to ensure safe and efficient warehouse operations. The role has a strong focus on optimizing process efficiencies, achieving performance targets, and upholding safety, quality and efficiency standards

Profil request:
TECHNICAL PRE-REQUISITE
- Able to operate heavy machinery (e.g., forklift, high ridge truck and tow motor)
- Familiarity with warehouse management system and tools
- Familiarity with SAP system for reporting and inventory management
- Good command of the English language for business communication
- Proficiency in basic communication tools such as email and messaging for effective communication within the team.
- Knowledge of ER (Employee Relations) and IR (Industrial Relations) processes
- Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols and guidelines
- Administration and reporting skills
- Relevant systems knowledge, including MS Office

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- Grade 12 (NQF level 3 literacy and numeracy)
- Valid Licensed to drive a forklift, high ridge truck and tow motor
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
- Higher certificate in warehouse management
EXPERIENCE
2-3 years’ warehouse experience (automotive warehousing experience would be advantageous)
