We looking for a Warehouse Technician - Winpart   based : Kenya

Job description:

The Ideal Candidate will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and based in Nairobi. He/She will be responsible for ensuring efficient management of the warehouse by maintaining correct & optimum stock for Aftermarket Multi Brands Parts to ensure high level of customer satisfaction and exceptional service delivery and contribute towards achievement of Business budget turnover.

Main responsibilities for the role

1) Timely and accurate Picking of parts from the bins as per orders raised

2) Receive parts into the warehouse when delivered from overseas and branches

3) Unbox parts when received to sort them according to specifications/features, and to check quantities and quality

4) Bin all received parts in line with the warehouse guidelines for ease in accessibility and minimized denials

5) Conducting continuous perpetual according to map submitted by the Warehouse Supervisor and reporting on weekly basis with each line with variance explained 

6) Record and confirm all returned parts to facilitate raising of credit notes

7) Communicate all damaged and any difference in numbers of parts received into the warehouse

8) Arrange goods in line with the standards to enhance warehouse safety and efficiency in warehouse operations

9 Arranging and participating in Bi annual wall -wall stock counts to ensure achievement of <1% warehouse stock variance

 10) Open new locations for parts with no locations at the time of receiving
