Job description:
We are currently seeking a Brand Manager Equipment for our Mobility division, within the Equipment Business Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the profitability and development of the assigned activities.
Main Responsibilities
Purchasing:
Negotiates prices and purchasing conditions for subsidiaries; ensures price consistency.
Develops comprehensive solutions in collaboration with manufacturers and subsidiaries, including equipment, service contracts, warranty extensions, and operator training.
Expands the product range based on market trends and opportunities.
Proposes logistics schemes aligned with group policy.
Oversees order tracking.
Ensures contract monitoring and renewal.
Prepares technical offers for chassis and equipment.
Develops sales forecasts for the network and initiates discussions with manufacturer(s).
Stock Management:
Monitors stock ratio indicators.
Participates in validating subsidiary orders.
Ensures consistency of stock levels and addresses supply chain issues across subsidiaries.
Sales & Marketing:Turnover and Margin
Shares responsibility (with the network) for brand turnover and margin.
Ensures pricing policies are adapted to market conditions.
Negotiates marketing budgets with the manufacturer.
Participates in tenders and consultations with key account clients.
Conducts competitive intelligence.
Network Engagement / Marketing:
Designs commercial and technical offers tailored to client needs.
Develops integrated solution offers including product, maintenance contract, and training.
Conducts market watch and competitor analysis.
Proposes and ensures implementation of marketing plans and promotional actions.
Proposes, coordinates, and delivers product/technical training for the network in collaboration with the Training Department.
Assesses the quality of the sales network.
After-Sales:
Works closely with the Parts & Service Manager to coordinate, contribute to, and propose solutions for after-sales issues.
Liaises with manufacturers regarding parts-related concerns.
Profil request:
Full professional proficiency in English.
Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
With a higher education background in Marketing or International Business, you have a solid understanding of international trade challenges and significant experience in similar roles within the equipment sector.
Your rigor, team spirit, ability to lead your scope of responsibility, and autonomy will be key assets in successfully managing your activities.
Travel to group subsidiaries is expected. We are looking for someone open to international mobility.
