We looking for a Aftersales Manager M/F  based : Ghana

 

Job description:

CFAO Mobility Ghana is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Aftersales Manager.  In this role, you will oversee the aftersales operations for a variety of top-tier equipment, including Trucks, Buses, Handling machines, Construction machinery and Tyres.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading company in the equipment sector and play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Strategy Development & Implementation: Collaborate with the Director of Operations to shape and implement the aftersales strategy that aligns with CFAO Mobility’s overall goals.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate the Parts and Service teams, ensuring they achieve performance objectives while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Business Growth: Drive revenue growth, improve margins, and enhance customer satisfaction by expanding aftersales services, optimizing parts sales, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as parts and service sales, margins, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Budget & Cost Management: Develop and manage the aftersales department’s annual budget, ensuring effective cost control and resource allocation.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by providing tailored aftersales solutions and exceptional service experiences.
  • Procurement & Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement and supply of spare parts, ensuring compliance with CFAO and OEM standards in terms of pricing, quality, and inventory levels.
  • Training & Development: Assess the training needs of the aftersales team and work with HR to develop targeted programs that enhance skills and drive performance.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety standards, and quality guidelines to deliver superior service and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives such as KAIZEN and ANZEN to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the aftersales department.

Profil request:

  • Education: A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.  An MBA or MSc in Strategy,

 

  • Operations Management, or Finance is highly desirable.
    Experience: At least 7 years of experience in an aftersales managerial role, preferably in the equipment or automotive industry, with a proven record of success in leading teams and driving business growth.

 

  • Skills & Competencies:
    Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
    Proficiency in managing technical systems that optimize customer service operations.
    Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting.
    Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to adapt to change and lead teams through organizational transformations.
    A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
    Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other relevant software tools.
