Job description:
To support the achievement of service revenue targets through accurate and timely preparation of service and repair estimates for customers.
Profil request:
Prepare accurate job estimates and costings based on vehicle defect reports to support revenue targets.Coordinate with the parts and workshop teams to ensure timely preparation, approval, and communication of estimates.Maintain accurate costing practices in line with Toyota standards and warranty requirements.Provide excellent customer service by offering timely updates on repairs, costs, completion times, and additional work requirements.Utilize the service appointment system to optimize workshop capacity and improve customer scheduling.Promote service and parts offerings while educating customers on warranty benefits.Ensure customer invoices are prepared accurately and communicated on time.Deliver service in accordance with Toyota standards, procedures, and customer service requirements.Perform any other duties assigned by management.
