Job Description :

 

This position is responsible for the development and implementation of the branch strategy to achieve set revenue & profit budget targets of the Multibrands eg HINO, Toyota, Yamaha and Suzuki in Parts, Sales, Service while consistently ensuring best customer service & experience.  This role also includes the coordination of branch operations and team management.

Managerial/Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the branch multi brand strategy to support the achievement of the CMK’s Strategy on profitability growth and market share
  • Supervise the sales, parts, and service teams in the branch to ensure the team is motivated and highly performing 
  • Establish key performance indicators for branch 3S managers and track performance against such KPI’s
  • Oversee effective management and control of financial expenditure at the branch level for enhanced branch profitability
  • Implement effective systems that facilitate communication and employee participation to ensure employee retention and satisfaction.
  • Manage and monitor branch capacity in terms of human resources to ensure the branch operations are fully supported 
  • Mentor and coach direct reports to support efficient and effective succession planning.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities for the branch within the region to increase CMK market share for multi brand
  • Monitor compliance with statutory and manufacture requirements with the support of the respective brands, to ensure minimal risk exposure to CMK due to noncompliance  
  • Network with key stakeholders within the community to promote branch services and identify business opportunities.
  • Promote customer satisfaction through timely resolution of all customer complaints at the branch and ensure best customer service delivery
  • Establish and implement Best in Town (BIT) practises in the branch based on respective branch’s customer diversified culture and needs 
  • In collaboration with technical training and development teams, ensure the branch has the required competencies at all levels to ensure the provision of quality services in parts, sales, and service  
  • Coordinate general administration of the branch to ensure that branch facilities and resources are safe and secure in line with 5S and Anzen guidelines
  • Coordinate the collection of information at the branch level on competitor activities to ensure the availability of information required to develop market penetration strategies in parts, sales and service for all CMK brands
  • In consultation with the various assigned brands, develop branch targets for parts, sales and service, to support the achievement of the overall business targets in 3S for all CMK brands
  • Monitor the performance of the various brands on the 3S against the agreed targets for the brands, report on, and develop plans to address any gaps identified
  • Provide timely, accurate and complete management reports on branch performance against set multi brand KPI’s and 3S operations
  • Monitor the Branch cash sales and credit accounts to ensure full compliance with CMK credit control policy and guidelines
  • Promote adherence and compliance with CMK COCE policy
  • Lead in the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in the branch in line with CMK’s overall TQM policy to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in branch operations
