Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of Managerial/Supervisor experience
Minimum of 4 years Car Rental experience
Excellent MS Excel knowledge and Computer literate
Must have a valid Driver’s Licence
Own reliable transport
Good interpersonal and administrative skills.
Daily / weekly and monthly reporting of branch operations
Staff Management and motivation
Fleet Planning and Asset Control Planning
Sound knowledge of company policies and procedures
Good Knowledge of the basic conditions of employment
Ability to work flexible shifts (weekends, public holidays, overtime and after hours)
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
Customer service orientated
Ability to grow branch revenue through sales
Excellent organisational skills
