financial policies and regulations, and assists with month-end closing processes for Hertz Rent A Car - Finance Department, Head Office, Cape Town

Profile

A creditors administrator processes supplier invoices, reconciles supplier statements, prepares and processes payments, manages vendor queries, ensures compliance with
financial policies and regulations, and assists with month-end closing processes.

Requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Experience in the accounts payable accounting cycle
Drive/ Keyloop Knowledge advantageous
MS Office proficient
Work independently with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
Work well within a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Possess a work ethic that includes accuracy
Exhibit a professional, business-like appearance

Key Performance Areas:

Processing supplier invoices for Southern Africa, Namibia and Botswana
Monthly supplier balance reconciliation
Monitoring supplier aging on Drive.
Liaising and sending reconciliations to suppliers
Ad-hoc finance functions from accountants
Administration and filing of invoices, statements & reconciliation
Resolving queries
Preparation of capex packs for capital expenditure
