We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. The role will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate, based in Nairobi and reporting to the Customer Care Representative Supervisor, will be responsible for sourcing orders by phone to achieve company sales targets.

Sales & Invoicing
* Source and receive customer orders by phone as per set customer lists
* Process orders in the system
* Meet set sales targets for individual customers
* Passing information to customers on newly acquired products, discounts and price changes, bonuses
* Identifying opportunities to improve sales
* Managing individual customers call lists
Customer Care
*Liaise with Key Account Managers and Branch Managers to resolve customer complaints and respond to their needs
* Answering to customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
* Interacting regularly with other departments on matters relating to customer satisfaction
* Collecting of customer feedback and passing it to relevant persons for action
