Job description:
Responsible and accountable to continuously improve management co-ordination, production efficiency, product quality, client service, cost control, profitability and location growth and overall control and ensuring the delivery of first class service to all our customers at our OR Tambo International Airport car park.
Profil request:
Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Valid driver’s License (code 08)
Previous customer service or car rental experience advantageous
Systems knowledge advantageous
Organized and systematic with a high level of accuracy
Ability to work shifts (weekends and public holidays
Good telephone etiquette
Own reliable transport
Skills Required:
Close all rentals
Capture all damages
Ensuring customer needs providing the highest level of quality to all customers.
Assist with pre and post vehicles checks
Able to work within a team
Deal effectively, openly and positively with customers
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to show initiative
Ability to work under pressure
Well-groomed and presentable
Self-motivated, reliable and confident
Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Meticulous / pay attention to detail
Computer literate - excel/word/outlook
Basic knowledge of different vehicles (automatic and manual)
