Requirements :
Grade 12 or equivalent
Must have a valid driver’s License (code 08)
Own reliable transport
Previous Customer Service or Car Rental Experience
Branch to branch deliveries & collections
Checking Of vehicles
General housekeeping of the branch including vehicles (cleaning of vehicles)
Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Skills Required:
Ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles.
Ability to show initiative
Ability to work under pressure
Well-groomed and presentable
Meticulous / pay attention to detail
Basic knowledge of different vehicles (automatic and manual)
General housekeeping of the branch and vehicles
Able to work within a team environment in high pressure solutions
Self-motivated, reliable and confident
Strong written and oral communication skills are essential
Duties & responsiblities:
To complete inspections of vehicles according to given checklist.
Check vehicles licence disks on regular intervals.
To ensure vehicle has a full fuel tank.
Check vehicle oil, water and tyre pressure with every wash.
To ensure all areas of vehicle are cleaned according to company standards.
To use cleaning materials and consumables as recommended by supplier.
To assist customers with luggage if needed.
To assist customers with questions regarding handling/driving of vehicle.
Report any vehicle discrepancies to supervisor.
