We looking for a Sales Administrator - Yamaha  based : Kenya

 

Job description:

The position is responsible for the provision of administrative support to the sales team to facilitate the achievement of the Yamaha Targets through enhanced sales and customer satisfaction.

The job holder will report to the Sales Supervisor and will be based at Head Office.

Main duties and responibilities

a)       Advise the sales team on the availability of stocks to support efficiency and effectiveness in the sales process

b)       Coordinate with (Vehicle Logistics Centre) VLC team for duty payment and clearance issues

c)       Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for sales stocks and activities

d)       Prepare, send and follow up on rundown, unit orders to Yamaha Motor Corporation Japan and CFAO France to ensure there is enough stock at all times 

e)       Prepare and submit clearance requests for units from bonded warehouse to ensure timely delivery to clients

f)        Raise/process LPO requisition, payments for suppliers refunds and other required documentations

g)       Monitor arrivals and receive the non-bond bound units in line with the CMK procurement guidelines, to ensure timely delivery to clients

h)       Confirm Warranty claims as per the set requirements to ensure reimbursements are done in a timely manner

i)         Prepare sales contracts, delivery notes, gate passes, invoicing and all other pertinent official correspondence relating to the division to ensure the sales process is fully documented in line with the (CFAO Motors Kenya) CMK guidelines

j)         Plan deliveries and liaise with technical team for loading

k)       Assign daily duties to drivers

l)         Work with Customer Relations for development and regular review of internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and execution of csi surveys

m)     Ordering stationary for office use

n)       Capex requisition and follow up till delivery

o)    Coordinate motorcycles registrations and transfers in accordance with CMK guidelines

Profil request:

Knowledg/Skills & Experience

a)       Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field 

b)      3 years of relevant working experience in an organisation of similar size 

c)       Computer literacy-Good mastery of excel and power point

d)       Knowledge of relevant legislation,

e)       Knowledge of professional standards 

d)       Knowledge of office administration
