To ensure accurate and timeous reporting and processing of financial information and provide support to internal customers.

- Relevant qualification
- 2-4 Years related Experience
- MS Office: Intermediate
- SAP
- Matric
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Management of Accounts Payable & Cashbooks
Management of Overall Creditors & Cashbooks function.
- Checking of payments requisitions.
- Management of Creditors Age Analysis.
- Develops, implements and maintains systems, procedures and policies, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
- Selects, Hires & Manages employees related to Creditors & Cashbook function.
- Cashbook & Creditors planning & Goal setting processes.
Accounting
- Processing of Journals, Maintenance & Reconciliation of General Ledger accounts.
- Preparation of reports to Internal departments.
- Summarizes, prepares, Analyses & presents Management Accounting information to internal customers.
- Maintenance of Balance Sheet accounts.
Petty Cash
- Approve Petty Cash Journals
Budgets
- Assist Budget owners with Budget preparation.
Audit
- Management of Audit Deliverables related to above mentioned functions
