We looking for a Technician M/F  based : Zambia

 

Job description:

  • To ensure that all customer vehicles are fixed right the first time and hence achieving service throughput and revenue targets as well as customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets for VW, Ford, Suzuki, and Toyota workshop services through effectively servicing customers/client vehicles as per service menus.

Profil request:

  • Achieve sales targets for VW, Ford, Suzuki, and Toyota workshop services through effectively servicing customers/client vehicles as per service menus
  • Carry out pre-delivery inspection on all new vehicles prior to delivery.
  • Provide quality workmanship through fixing customer/client vehicles right the first time in order to avoid repeat jobs.
  • Accurate identification of vehicle faults, parts that need replacement and proper fitment of vehicle parts.
  • Manage his/her performance through active identification of training needs & participation in available training & development programmes.
  • Timely and accurate communication of vehicle defects through preparation & submitting of defect reports to supervisor.
  • Respond to & handle customer/client complaints promptly through addressing all repeat jobs brought to his/her attention to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Proper management of all technical tools & equipment allocated to you at all times to avoid accidents and wastage.
  • Adhere to workshop standards by carefully handling customer/client vehicles & tools to avoid damages and losses.
  • Managing the Warranty part tagging safe keeping.
  • Any other assignments as may be assigned from time to time.
