Must have a valid driver’s License (code 08)

Cars+ system knowledge advantageous

Own reliable transport

Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Well-groomed and presentable

Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office

Basic knowledge of different vehicles (automatic and manual)

Strong administrative skills and excellent organizational skills  

Ability to give and receive instructions

Ability to work under pressure

Meticulous / pay attention to detail

Job Description:

Daily inventory: vehicles and baby seats

Doing of live transfers of vehicles to other locations and ensuring that all information entered on CARS+ is correct, this will prevent grounded and out of service vehicles leaving the depot.

Ensuring that all movements for vehicles entering the depot are closed immediately and correctly.

Should the Hertz systems be down ensure that a manual movement is made for any vehicle leaving the depot.

Ensure that all manual movements out are loaded and all manual movements in are closed immediately when the systems are running.

Ensure that all movements are correctly authorized and signed as per company procedure.

Ensuring that any gaps on the shuttles in and shuttles out are followed up immediately and any irregularities/concerns are brought your managers attention immediately.

Ensure all documents are filed correctly at the end of your shift.

Ensuring that all damaged vehicle statuses are correct

Check activity and updates at the start of your shift.

Planning the daily activity shift specific along with management

Continually liaise with other branches/airport and keep your manager informed of any changes, requests and new updates

Assist security guard when needed.
