· Conduct quality inspections on completed repair work to ensure all job card requirements have been fully addressed.
· Support Technicians and Service advisors with advanced vehicle diagnosis and troubleshooting.
· Perform road tests to verify repair effectiveness and vehicle performance before delivery.
· Ensure timely vehicle delivery through efficient quality control and defect reporting processes.
· Train and mentor technicians to enhance diagnostic and technical competencies.
· Manage and maintain technical tools, equipment, and customer vehicles in accordance with the company standards.
· Handle customer complaints promptly and ensure satisfactory resolution.
· Monitor Technician compliance with job cards, quality control procedures, SOPs, and service standards.
· Participate in training and development initiatives to continuously improve performance.
· Perform any other duties assigned by management.
